Refund/Returns Policy

At Korean Essential, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, here’s how our refund/return process works:

• Returns: You may return unused and unopened products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
• Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Exchanges: If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
